Hello! We’re glad you’re here and interested in a career at triscon. On this page we would like to give you an overview about the three application phases that you will go through during the recruiting process. Our application process was developed so that you can gain clarity about our tasks on the one hand, and on the other hand to give you the opportunity to get to know us and the triscon business better. Step 1: Remote meeting
We will hold a half-hour, relaxed remote meeting with you – not only to get to know you better, but also to introduce ourselves to you honestly and transparently. Our tasks in the area of performance engineering are quite specific and require not only technical skills, but also social and communication skills. It is therefore only fair to openly lay out the requirements of our daily work right from the start, because this is the only way you can decide whether working at triscon is interesting for you.
Step 2: Lunch with the team
If we agree that we can both imagine working together, we will invite you to lunch with the whole team. Finally, we would like to offer you the opportunity to find out how our team members interact with each other on a personal level and what the atmosphere is like in our company.
Step 3: Trial day
Last but not least, we would like to invite you to take part in a trial day, where you will have the opportunity to get to know triscon’s day-to-day business by carrying out some practical exercises. This way we can show you live and unfiltered which tools we regularly work with or which tasks we solve for our customers during the course of our working day.
