About Roman
Roman is a passionate software developer with an MSc in astrophysics and many years of experience in performance engineering.
As a former software developer, he has always been drawn to complex problems. After several years in software development, he founded triscon in 2018 – a company dedicated to performance engineering.
In recent years, he has led the company to the forefront of Application Performance and, together with his team, drives modern approaches in performance monitoring, performance testing and automated test design, including the integration of performance tests into CI/CD pipelines.
Roman is an active member of the Performance Advisory Council (PAC) and a regular speaker at international conferences.
