Karoline ensures that systems remain stable and transparent, even under real-world load. Her focus is on analysing complex systems and optimising them in a targeted, sustainable way.

With experience in software and tool development (C#/.NET), as well as strong expertise in cloud and container technologies such as Kubernetes, AWS and Docker, she brings a broad technical understanding to every project.

She discovered her passion for performance testing early on – particularly in pushing systems to their limits and identifying potential weaknesses before they become critical.

Since 2022, Karoline has been strengthening the triscon team, contributing not only her technical expertise, but also valuable experience in organisation and collaboration gained through her self-employment.
